All Saints Basketball Club was chosen as the top National Lottery-funded project in the East of England in a public vote. Clarke Campbell, Katherine and Terry Paul, and Jay MacLeod were invited to represent All Saints Basketball Club at the National Lottery Awards in Cornwall. The glittering ceremony was hosted by Tess Daly at the Eden Project.

Seventy children received Certificates of Merit from All Saints Basketball Club for their performance and commitment during the 2006 season, and twelve players took home trophies as the Most Improved Players, Most Committed Players, Most Valuable Players.

Volunteer coaches Sophie Baugh, Jay Macleod, Terry Paul and Daniel Pickup were presented with gifts for the time they commit to the Club each week. Mr Paul commented: "It's been wonderful to see the children develop, not just as basketball players but as people."

The AGM was held as part of the Awards Banquet. Players evaluated the year, the accounts were presented and accepted, and a new Steering Committee was elected.
